Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door Language Differences

Nintendo releases its games in various languages to maximize profit spread the joy that Japanese and American gamers have. The games are usually released in Spanish, French, German, and Italian (the English version for the UK probably has some minor changes such as color = colour, etc.). However, do these games also change in translation? What differences are there? I’ve tried to collect as much information as possible off the internet about these alternate versions.

American English:
This is my my reference. Everything is judged relative to this version. Woot. Some of you may be asking “Why the USA version and not the Japanese version, which is the original? Isn’t that snobbish?” The answer is partly no; the USA version is the one I have, know best, and understand the best. The answer is also partly yes. :P

NOTE: This list of differences is incomplete! I don’t know whether the Vivian line was changed in the Chinese, Italian, or German versions, so don’t assume that the line was or wasn’t changed in those versions.

Japanese (ペーパーマリオRPG):

Chinese (马里奥物语2): -
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find anything about this. If anyone could send me information (maybe pictures?) about the Chinese version of this game, I would appreciate it.

Spanish (Paper Mario: La Puerta Milenaria) (The Thousand Door): Spanish is my first language, so if you don't understand some of the puns here, I'll try to explain.

German (Die Legende vom Äonentor): I don't know German, so I can't provide any commentary. :/ Sorry. If you do know German, feel free to chime in.

French (Paper Mario : la Porte millénaire)(The Thousand Door): I've been studying French in school, so let's see if those lessons were of any use...

Italian (Paper Mario e il Portale Millenario): I don't know any Italian, so yeah.

Korean (페이퍼 마리오: 천년문): There doesn't seem to be a Korean translation of this game, though there is a name in Korean by which it is referred.
