This game is so old-timey. Itoi described it as the 'invalid child' of the series, and it sort of shows. It has a great plot, but playing this game is like dancing the Masochism Tango.
Chords: Guitarists and pianists, rejoice! I have found some chords out for a few Mother songs! Hold your applause, please, until I get my handy-dandy guitar positions and piano positions up. I don't play guitar, so that's slowing me down, but don't worry: it's in the works.
Mother OST: Behold, a scathing review of the Mother Original Soundtrack! It's not that scathing, just long and rambling. It is a good album, but not without some blunders. I think the gems make up for the boring filler here. If you dig the music from Mother, this is a must-see, er, must-hear.
