: Ah, the first Paper Mario. I like it; it's pretty great. Personally, I prefer Thousand-Year door, but this one's also amazing.

Paper Origins: I've never found out where the idea to make Mario paper came from. I've heard a source say it came from limited 3D skills, but other people say it was just innovation striking. I made a list of possibilities here and gave my opinion on it. If you do know where the Paper idea came from, please contact me!
